YVHA invested $400,000 community dollars in partnership with Overland Property Group to build a $15 million dollar, 48-unit property for low-income residents which has been available since 2017. This is a 48-unit low income tax credit property that YVHA partnered with Overland Property Group to develop.

The Reserves have 2 and 3 bedroom units. They serve populations making 40% AMI up to 60% AMI. What is AMI? Residents living here include restaurant support workers, cooks, entry-level grocery workers, patient care providers, and preschool teachers.

Mission Rock Residential does not have a waiting list. They have an interest list.

At this time there are 250 households on that list and they are not accepting more names.
