Anglers Four Hundred Rendering

We broke ground on Anglers Four Hundred in April of 2022.

We are again partnering with Overland Property Group to leverage our local investment of $2 million to bring roughly $14 million in state and federal tax credit equity to fund the development of this new community.

When completed in late 2023 or early 2024, this project will deliver 75 rental apartments for households earning between 30% and 80% of AMI.

We look forward to welcoming residents who might be cooks, bartenders, servers, bus drivers, landscape workers, and teachers, among others.

November 2023 Update: Anglers 400 has started its lease up process

Over 700 individuals filled out the interest form for the 75 rental apartments for households earning Area median Income (AMI) between 30% ($22,770 for an individual) and 80% ($60,720 for an individual).

YVHA’s property manager, Mission Rock, is managing the lease up process based on who filled out the interest form. Here are the details.

  1. 24 hours to return calls: Mission Rock is calling the individuals who filled out the interest forms. If they do not reach the interested tenant, those individuals have 24 hours to return Mission Rock’s call before they call the next person on the interest list.
  2.  Pre-qualification over the phone: Mission Rock will be conducting pre-qualifications over the phone to determine potential tenant’s names, incomes, assets, household size, and more.
  3. Electronic Questionnaire: After the pre-qualification interview, Mission Rock will send potential tenants and invitation link from the platform Pronto. Interested tenants have 48 hours to complete the forms. Check you spam email folder. The questionnaire will only be in English.
  4. Documents needed: If you are called by Mission Rock, the documents you need to gather can be found here.
