I. PURPOSE

The Yampa Valley Housing Authority (YVHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified Real Estate Brokers to serve as a Transaction Broker for the sales of 86 deed restricted condominiums known as The Cottonwoods at Mid Valley (“The Project”) located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

II. GENERAL INFORMATION

Yampa Valley Housing Authority and its partner Lone Tree Trust will construct 86 new deed restricted condominiums with anticipated completion in Q4 of 2025. The property will feature 1-,2- and 3-bedroom units, each with a private balcony, covered parking and access to gear storage. The anticipated average sale price is $485,000.00. Please note that sales prices will not be finalized and released until Spring 2025.
