Press Release: YVHA Releases Request for Proposal (RFP) for Realtor Partner for The Cottonwoods at Mid Valley.
STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO — YVHA is seeking proposals from qualified real estate brokers and/or brokerage firms to act as a Transaction Broker to manage sales contracts for the 86 one, two and three bedroom condo units at The Cottonwoods at Mid Valley.
YVHA is looking to capitalize on established expertise to better serve potential purchasers and to create a strong partnership within the Steamboat realtor community. To provide much-needed affordable housing for the workforce, each unit will be deed-restricted with income limits, a local employment and sole residency requirement, and an annual appreciation cap. These condos are estimated to range from the low $400ks to the high $600ks and prices will be based on unit size and AMI targets.
The RFP will be available on the YVHA website on October 1, 2024 and the deadline for responses is October 24th.
