I. PURPOSE

The Yampa Valley Housing Authority (YVHA) on behalf of the City of Steamboat Springs (the City) is soliciting proposals from qualified developers to create a public-private partnership or to serve as fee developer to produce new housing on 8.47 acres of land known as the Hilltop Administrative Site (Hilltop) located on Hilltop Drive, Lot 1, Fox Creek Subdivision.
